Our Media Mentoring projects provide personalised, industry-focused training and capacity building in specific media fields. Each mentee is paired with a dedicated mentor who is an expert in their respective field. These mentors supervise and guide the mentees in developing their skills.

Since our inception in 2012, our Media Mentoring initiative has achieved remarkable success. It has afforded numerous young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds in our community the chance to access free training and mentoring opportunities. Over the years, we have successfully trained over 200 individuals and facilitated the integration of numerous diaspora professionals (refugees/migrants) into the media industry through our extensive connections and network, leading them towards gainful employment.
